Refund policy

-Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only!  Returns for store credit will be issued a gift card.  Store credit will be valid for 3 months from issue date.

-All returns must be returned in 14 days from purchase.

-Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.  Preorders are also FINAL SALE.

-Swimwear, lingerie (bralettes included), and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. 

-Shoes can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, if unworn and bottoms are clean.  If the shoes were sold with a box, it must be returned with one.

-Sale items marked down 35% or more from original retail price is FINAL SALE.

-All merchandise must be returned smoke free, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit. 

-Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.

-We do our best to inspect all items before we send them out.  However if something slips by us and your item is damaged or has a defect, please email us at elleighclaire@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.  We will do our best to make it right!
